Join this years 10K for Crohns taking place in Hyde Park on the 26th July 2009. You can walk it, run it, or complete it anyway you like it! Les Ferdinand and Duncan James will be at 10kForCrohns! The event caters to those of all abilities, from children and families who want a relaxing stroll in the park to the more discerning sports enthusiast who wants to run the 10km route.

Singer James Morrison says he hates celeb parties because Duncan from Blue will be there.
JAMES MORRISON has taken a big swipe at Blue singer Duncan James and all he stands for.
Undiscovered singer James reckons Duncan is the reason he hates going to celeb after-parties. “You usually get the wrong people in there, like Duncan from Blue,” explains James. “He always ends up at those places! I just don’t like the guy.”
Ouch! But it’s not only Duncan who felt James’s wrath…..

BLUE
On Friday 24 July multi award winnig boy band Blue are set to wow their fans when they perform a full set of their greatest hits at this year’s Silverstone Classic, including ‘All Rise’, ‘If You Come Back’, ‘One Love’, ‘You Make Me Wanna’, Guilty and ‘Fly By’. The boys’ fans have been lobbying for a full concert and the Silverstone date in support of the Pussycat Dolls will see them perform for a full hour of music.
Duncan James said: ‘We are really excited to be getting back on stage together and we love the Pussycat Dolls, so Silverstone will be a double treat. We understand the venue can take over 25,000 people so we do hope that loads of our fans will come and see us”.
Simon Webbe added, “It’s such a great venue to play and Duncan and myself are also getting our racing licenses so we can enter a race there too. It looks like a really cool weekend with Classic Cars, Racing and Harley-Davidsons®.”
